Terms of Service

Who can use Flash Formal

You must be at least 16 years old. You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to edit.

Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people without consent, images of minors, explicit content, or anything intended to impersonate or deceive. We may suspend accounts that break this rule without refund.

Credits

Credits are prepaid units used to generate headshots. Fast renders cost 1 credit, Studio renders cost 2. If a render fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Credits do not expire while your account is active and have no cash value outside Flash Formal.

Your images

You keep all rights to the photo you upload and to the headshots you generate. We claim no ownership and no licence to publish them.

Service and liability

Flash Formal is provided as-is. Results are generated automatically and may not always match your expectations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
