Photos you upload

Your uploaded photo is sent to our image provider only to produce your headshot. It is processed in memory for that request and is not stored in a public gallery, sold, or used to train any model by us.

Generated results live in your browser during the session. Downloading saves the file to your own device.

Account data

If you create an account we store your email, your credit balance, and a ledger of credit changes so you can see what was spent.

An account is required to upload a photo, so every render is tied to a signed-in user and can be traced back for support and refunds.

Emails we send

When you sign up we send one welcome email from help@flashformal.com introducing Flash, our mascot, and explaining how credits work. We also send account emails such as sign-in confirmations, password resets and purchase receipts.

These are service emails, not marketing. We do not sell or share your address, and you can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time by replying to any message.

Support and credit adjustments

Our support team can view your account email, credit balance, purchase history and credit ledger in order to award or remove credits when we resolve an issue. Every adjustment is written to your ledger with a reason, and you can see it on your account page.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in and local storage for lightweight preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and all associated records at any time by emailing help@flashformal.com. Deletion is permanent and removes any remaining credits.
